- All designs uploaded may be used in marketing materials and advertisements (attributions may be given)
- All designs uploaded will be used to compare and compete with other submissions. Artists vs. A.I. and all its partners, affiliates, sponsors, and officers are not liable for any loss of business, reputation, subscribers, or value due to challenge results.
- Participants have exclusive rights to their uploaded work. Artists vs. A.I. will respect participants’ privacy and remove any published work from our website, social media, and marketing materials upon request.
